I’m the founder of The Slow CEO, a conscious business consultancy that helps businesses do better business - leaving positive impacts on people, planet and their profit.
I’ve been in business for over 10 years, I’ve had my own digital marketing agency, helped to launch multiple start-ups and ran marketing campaigns for multi-million pound companies.
I’m also a yoga teacher, digital nomad, nature-lover and all round granola girl. So the way I do business is different - I focus on the human experience.

do I have the right business to join?
this is for all types of businesses - as long as it needs you and it needs marketing, it counts! whether you've just started and are looking for effective marketing or are a veteran looking to bring more balance into your work, this is for you.
can I pay in installments?
absolutely. monthly installments spread the cost out over 3 months. there is a 5-6% interest rate added to the payment plan.
what is the accessible pricing?
I believe in making business advice affordable for women. I reserve 2 of my 10 spaces for people less privileged.
If you can cover your expenses but do not have much extra resource to save, purchase or invest with, you're eligible. Book a call with me and we can talk through it.
will their be homework for me to complete?
I check in with every client at the start of our journey whether homework is supportive to them or not. for some it adds extra pressure that they're looking to get away from, for others it adds a layer of accountability that they're looking for - so it's completely up to you.
what will we do in the calls?
in our kick off call we'll uncover your goals, obstacles and design a loose roadmap to help you get to where you want to be at the end of the 3 months.
our calls will generally always start with a meditation, we then check-in with where you're at emotionally and business-wise, we discuss anything that's alive for you, then move onto what the roadmap has planned for us. the sessions are intuitive and can involve assessing beliefs, body awareness, nervous system regulation and sometimes movement. my aim is to strengthen your trust within yourself, so whilst I guide and advise, I will facilitate you discovering the answers within yourself.
what is the whatsapp support?
any time you've got a question, you can send me a message or a voice note on whatsapp.
I'll respond the same day mon-fri, between the hours of 10-4 GMT (if the message is sent 2pm or after, I'll get back to you the following day)
to respect our time, there's a 5 minute limit on voice notes.
