My mission in life is to unite the worlds of wellbeing and business -from large organisations right down to mentoring female solopreneurs.
I’m the founder of The Slow CEO, a conscious business consultancy that helps businesses do better business - leaving positive impacts on people, planet and their profit.
I’ve been in business for over 10 years, I’ve had my own digital marketing agency, helped to launch multiple start-ups and ran marketing campaigns for multi-million pound companies.
